They are a good app to get rid of parking tickets in NYC. They only adjusted the ticket status on the app after I contacted them. That is really unprofessional and unacceptable. Some tickets Ticket Wiper shows me are issued even before my car got registered. I think they are showing and cancelling fake tickets. I’m not sure if it’s gonna work but WinIt gave me a better impression overall. ### 1/5 — App is buggy *2019-02-12* It automatically charges my card, doesn’t allow me to use an echeck method. Then the card failed to be charged properly and now it won’t let me update the information properly. I prefer to pay for the “guilty” tickets through the pay or dispute app but instead I’m locked behind a screen forcing me to update my card (which won’t let me update since I try to enter the numbers and instead fills in EVERY SLOT so doesn’t work). I can’t reach the setting page unless I “update my card” so I can’t even toggle off auto pay. So I’m deeply upset. My “unupdated card” is still getting auto charged and yet the app is still having issues with it. I’m tired of this app. I can’t even STOP them from charging me. I submitted 3 tickets and they all came back guilty! I wouldn’t waste my time here. I could’ve done that on my own..and then they charge you a fee to pay. Who knows if they really did anything at all.
