Nhắn tin gọi điện cho cskh cũng chỉ bảo rất tiếc, người dùng không có cách nào ngoài việc chấp nhận mất tiền 1 vé, mà vé concert cũng gần triệu, đâu có rẻ đâu??? Cskh nên dẹp đi vì cũng không làm được gì. Nói chung app xây dựng tính năng cho có, không làm tới nơi tới chốn, không quan tâm tới trải nghiệm người dùng. Điều này gây mất thời gian, ảnh hưởng lớn đến cơ hội mua vé và mang lại trải nghiệm vô cùng khó chịu.
