They claim to offer a refund insurance option available for purchase on certain event tickets. They will not provide this service. Even when the requirements are met, ticket purchasers are being refused refunds and are cancelling ticket purchases for future events. COVID-19 hit our industry hard and a company that refuses to honor its own policies are making it harder and harder for smaller events and venues to keep the profits from tickets sales coming in.
