I can’t emphasise enough how un-user friendly and buggy this app is. It crashes consistently. Sends you to update it. Nothing happens. Impossible to transfer tickets between two people. Firstly the transfer text takes about 8 hours to arrive and when it does you cannot accept the tickets, due to more crashing. Would highly recommend avoiding events where Ticketek is the issuer, or at least avoid being the person in charge of ticket purchases.

Nightmare app and service. The fact you are FORCED to download an app you don’t want just to use a ticket is pathetic and you cant even screenshot the QR code. A solution to a problem that didn’t exist. Sick of these company’s creaming ticket prices by making issues where there wasn’t one before

The need to constantly authenticate via email for every single ticket download is insane. I get having security but when trying to download tickets for 3 games of cricket in a row for my family it’s absolutely punishing. Surely one verification is enough?

All but impossible to use. Password seems to get lost. Have to authenticate to download tickets even when having just logged in and purchased. Search for events comes up blank for events that are there. Ordered tickets don’t show in Tickets but they show in Order History. Just truely an awful app.
