Looking at different tickets or events in Order History causes me to have to re-enter a new access code sent via email each time. Why? Can only see one ticket at a time once you’ve done a one-off authentication. Then once you click out, you have to authenticate again to look at the next one. It crashes consistently. Sends you to update it. Nothing happens. Impossible to transfer tickets between two people. Firstly the transfer text takes about 8 hours to arrive and when it does you cannot accept the tickets, due to more crashing. Would highly recommend avoiding events where Ticketek is the issuer, or at least avoid being the person in charge of ticket purchases. ### 1/5 — What was wrong with a paper ticket *2025-10-05, version 3.1.53* Nightmare app and service. However, if you go to the order history, the purchases are shown. To be able to download these tickets you have to get an individual authorisation for each tickets by email and then screenshot them or download Apple wallet. This makes the app pointless. Ticketek are aware of this but don’t seem to be in much of a hurry to fix it.
