As a for instance: Saturday night, we had some customers that we sent tickets to for Jersey Boys...it’s a Telecharge house. We converted the tickets to E-Tickets. They were denied entry and told that the tickets were fake. It was great for making sales quicker and last minute. Everything was great until I sold tickets for a show at the Irvine amphitheater and the buy was denied entry. I just received my season tickets for football and tried to scan them into the app. Ticketfire now wants to categorize me as a broker and charge me $.99 per ticket. That's way to much for a causal user. They need to better define who is a broker and who is not.
