Should have much better info on each game and event, also past events are not seen at ease, you should track it dude!!!! ### 1/5 — Highly frustrated with this app *2026-02-08* Tried booking for Davis cup match on the app. First it asks for contacts information to share. Don’t know why that is needed when you are creating an account. The. Sing in doesn’t work. OTP either fails or doesn’t come through. Tried booking on my wife’s app but it does t allow sharing. Super unhappy. Organisers please don’t make ticket genie partner for any event. Moreover help centre numbers are not responding , nor their e mail. If no support from app devolopers customer should stay away.
