Don’t know why that is needed when you are creating an account. The. Sing in doesn’t work. OTP either fails or doesn’t come through. Tried booking on my wife’s app but it does t allow sharing. Super unhappy. Organisers please don’t make ticket genie partner for any event. After purchase there is no such option. I have booked tickets for my friends and now the tickets cannot be transferred and ticket is on my device and i cant go. Moreover help centre numbers are not responding , nor their e mail. If no support from app devolopers customer should stay away.
