I just searched Dallas Cowboys and options to buy single game tickets or season tickets popped right up. Also I love the updates when you scroll to the bottom, that’s very convenient and helpful to help identify the best deals and pros and cons to buying certain team’s tickets! Overall the ticket iq app is great for every day people looking to buy tickets to a game! I have only looked at nfl teams tickets for games on there and have had no problems at all , the sorting features are convenient too! I also just discovered all the different events you could buy tickets for it is amazing how you offer so many opportunities to get tickets to once in a lifetime opportunities! ### 4/5 — TicketIQ *2019-04-21, version 17.0.0* I like the app as a whole but I just have one problem it doesn’t have the show that I want to go too, I’m looking for juice Wrld may 12th at Atlanta Coca-Cola roxy and I can’t find it so that would be my only problem and another thing I like is the good prices and discount vouchers given in the app. I think I will looking for tickets through this app now. It also has a great UI Which is easy to use. Also I am big nfl fan and the prices also look good for that so I’m happy about that so that I don’t have to go a bunch of websites for it. ### 5/5 — VERY GOOD APP . *2019-04-20, version 17.0.0* alright , i’ve already used to app and went through it . i liked how you had your sections of (NCAA) section , because it makes it way more easy to find college tickets or any other . that really comes in handy , i also like the you have “ theater” tickets . i really haven’t seen much apps that include that really ? but hmm maybe i’ll interest me to buy a ticket to a show . but ye , it’s a smooth app . good deals for sure . i’m actually gonna keep your app . You have tickets for almost every game I could think of. It saves me time of buying tickets then other apps which were annoying! I can also fine great seats near my fins. The best part your app is when you think the tickets are sold out there are still more! This app is definitely one of the best apps I used to buy tickets. I like this app. ### 4/5 — Great App *2019-02-28, version 17.0.0* Ticket IQ is a very simple well designed app with a wide variety of different events such as sports, concerts and more. It is not complicated at all as you can just pick a category search for a team, band, etc. The ticket prices on Ticket IQ are exceptional, lower than your typical companies like Stub Hub and Seat Geek. Also, the $10 off first purchase for putting in an email is a great bonus. My only complaint would be that when you go to a game or concert to pick tickets, there is not a very big selection of different tickets and different places in the arena or stadium. Overall, ticket IQ is a very simple well designed app with good prices. ### 5/5 — Amazing ticket software! *2019-02-27, version 17.0.0* I just downloaded this app! And I can already say it is a must buy for any type of sports tickets. Incredibly low prices, easy to use and so much more. This app is capable of saving you hundreds on tickets! and the app is free! So no money needs to be spent to get it!! ### 4/5 — Good overall app *2019-02-27, version 17.0.0* The app has a very well laid out interface with all the different types of sports you’d ever need tickets for. Account sign up is pretty easy as well. The only thing about the app is that is a little slow at times loading the ticket options for some events. For example I searched some spring training games and the ticket options took a bit to load and the seat map took a bit too. But when I searched a regular season game the options came up right away and there were no problems. I have used this app for multiple games and it is a very easy process. I once tried to buy Milwaukee brewers tickets through three ticket purchasing apps but I wasn’t finding good deals and it was very hard to buy the tickets. I then found ticketiq and it took me about 2 minutes to have my tickets and be on my way. I really recommend using this app because of the convenience and the simplicity. It was very easy and simple for me to use. I’ll be checking prices on IQ and comparing to other sites b/c they have a low price guarantee. The reason I gave it four stars is because when I was using the search bar nothing was coming up for every search, but my events were still easy to find without it, it was also taking a little while to load up the pictures of seats (that could’ve just been my internet) So far it’s been a great app overall. I plan on using it more in the future and recommend it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unhelpful with undelivered tickets *2024-12-10, version 17.0.1* Bought tickets and they weren’t sent to me. They were unhelpful in helping to resolve the issue. I requested a refund well before the event started, and they denied it. It’s crazy that this service is much worse than Ticketmaster. ### 1/5 — Will charge you more than agreed upon *2019-10-11, version 17.0.0* I purchased tickets and found 2 codes to use to help reduce the price. One was a promo code for 10% off, the other was a referral code for $20 off my purchase. After realizing I couldn’t use both I selected the $20 off as it would save me more. I clicked to finalize the purchase at the reduced price and was excited to save on my tickets. Then, I received my confirmation showing that Ticket IQ did not honor my $20 off but used my 10% instead. There was no notice to me before purchasing that the $20 off didn’t work and I did not agree to using the 10% off code and purchasing at that price. After consulting with customer service they told me that that is just what they do if a referral code doesn’t work. They take it off without notification to the purchaser and charge a different price than the customer believes they are paying. The end response to helping me out is “next time reach out to us before purchase so we can save you the most.” Not much of an offer when this information is readily available. They refuse to refund the difference that they charged me. What a rip off. ### 1/5 — Never received tickets. *2019-05-16, version 17.0.0* Paid for tickets never received my instant e-tick tickets. Had to call multiple times to follow up. They offered to match or give better tickets ended up canceling my order and left me with no tickets. Last minute had to rush and get tickets with my whole family in the parking lot. Seat geek hassle free paid for my tickets and received my tickets instantly. Would not recommend ticket IQ first and last time I use this app. ### 1/5 — Worst ticket vendor I’ve ever worked with *2019-04-22, version 17.0.0* I normally do not reviews but this was a must to let people know the shady tactics of ticket iq. I will never use them again. I recently tried to buy a pair of tickets with my ccard I’ve used with no issue on ticket iq prior to. For some reason their systems has an error and it blocks the payment. I try exactly same card/address that already worked with ticket iq (never had an issue with any other vendor to this day) and it doesn’t work again. I don’t want to lose the tickets so I tried using my other cards one after another and all are blocked stating they cannot confirm the card. I call support multiple times and send multiple emails because I don’t not want to lose the tickets or risk price increase. I get no responses day of so next day around noon I call back and Brian with customer service finally picks up. Says it still hasn’t been addressed even though I reach out multiple times, but said he’ll take care of it with the system “no later than 4pm”. I asked what If the tickets are gone and/or prices go up, he said they’ll take care of the price difference with promotion code and not to worry. I wait til 4pm and haven’t heard a word even though he stated “no later than 4pm”. I call back again after 4pm and he assures me they’ll take care of it .... they finally fix the issue and send me confirmation I can rebook and the tickets are gone.... I’m livid but not worried because I’m told they will make good on it if this happens, so I send back multiple emails with comparable seats in same section and the email response I get from Brian is: “We will not be providing a promo code... You can also take advantage of our Low Price Guarantee campaign by locating the matching ticket(s) on anther site.” Not only did I lose my tickets, I spent hours going back and forth, Slow response from customer service, I was told they would make good if they can’t fix the error promptly, and when it’s all said and done I’m told to fly a kite and good luck. I’ve bought multiple times and even reference 3 buyers. This is how they treat clients!! NEVER work with TIcket Iq. I’m going to BBB, and my credit card company to charge back. ### 1/5 — SCAM DO NOT USE *2018-12-24, version 17.0.0* I have tried ordering the same tickets a few times. It will send me an email with my order confirmation, and then it will send me another email within 30 seconds saying my order was cancelled. I called customer service to no answer, I emailed, and I even called my bank thinking something was wrong, but realized that wasn’t it when I tried another card and ended with the same results. Worried they will either take my money and give no tickets, or my cards used will be susceptible to fraud. Not worth the slightly cheaper tickets, stick with a trusted seller! ### 1/5 — No Tickets !!! *2018-07-19, version 17.0.0* I ordered tickets 3 days ago and still have not received etickets. I emailed customer support yesterday, no response. I called today and says google subscriber unavailable! They got my money though. But I still have no tickets. Electronic tickets shouldn’t take days to upload. They say you won’t be charged until it is verified seller still has tickets, but I was charged and have no tickets! ### 1/5 — Fake Tickets *2017-06-05, version 16.12.22* Order #2134161-4168743 I set an alert for Game 5 of The Stanley Cup Finals, and was surprised to get notified of $50 tickets in section 112?!? My parents always taught me, if something seems too good to be true, it usually is. I proceeded to attempt to contact support to verify the validity of these tickets before purchasing with no response. When I saw 1 had been purchased, but one was remaining, I didn't want to miss out, so I bought it. Upon delivery, I opened the link to print the ticket to find it was not a ticket at all, but a parking pass?!?! Complete false advertising and bait and switch! I have attempted to email both support and sales with no response, and tried calling the phone number listed that doesn't even seem like it's attached to a business because it says "the subscriber you are calling is not available." I'm hoping by making this public, that whoever is in control of this will see it and make it right. ### 1/5 — DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!! *2017-03-20, version 16.12.22* I've never written a review before but this is a rip off! I ordered my tickets days ahead of time, they charged me the next day and told me I'd get them tomorrow and didn't receive them to download till hrs before the game(that's three days after I ordered them and two days after they charged me). Ruined my plans because I had bought other tickets. Thinking these people were never coming through with the tickets. So now they charged me and won't give me my money back.
