Whoever made this app is braindead ### 1/5 — Where do tickets go?? *2024-12-18* More than once I have bought tickets to an event and TicketLeap is hosting and then as the event comes nearer the App says I have no tickets so I have to go searching through emails to find my receipt and get the tickets that way. ### 1/5 — Won’t work with Apple wallet *2024-08-24, version 4.3.8* Needs to work with Apple Wallet ### 1/5 — Virtual ticket purchase *2024-08-10* Ticket not showing up in my app. Therefore cannot use. Tried to contact TICKETLEAP to no avail. Have used before but now when I log in, it says “ Bummer no events” when I click on tickets. What gives? I should have a virtual online ticket. I was charged for it. Need to get this app fixed or not charge for a ticket that’s not showing up but that has been paid for. My advice is to NOT download this app! ### 1/5 — Just bought a ticket, doesn’t show up in the app *2024-05-05* Same email address used to buy the ticket and log into the app, and my ticket doesn’t show up. The app has one job, and it doesn’t work. Further, I swipe down to refresh in case it just hasn’t shown up yet, and instead of refreshing the screen swipes all the way down and forces me to log in again. Really really poor design for something incredibly simple. ### 1/5 — Ap *2024-02-13, version 4.3.5* This ap used to be OK. They did an update and now it is absolutely unusable! We will never be using this ap again. We are a very agile company, and dealt with the blow for our function, but seriously NOT COOL.
