why they aren’t addressing this concern, i have no idea. the website box office does not enable phones to scan qr codes. wish they would fix the app.

I cannot make sense of how bad, unclear and plain obsolete these apps TicketLeap has rolled out despite their site actually being pretty good. They have 3 different apps, it’s unclear which apps you need and which you don’t. Two of them may be completely obsolete, so I’m not sure why they are even accessible. Its a bad look considering Ticketleap doesn’t answer calls and is slow with returning emails. So you’re kind of stuck. I think I’ll switch to a diff event host at this point.

I called multiples times to verify when payout from my event would happen. I was assured each time they saw it scheduled to go out. They paid me days late and I had to pay late charges to all vendors. Brought it to their attention and they said, “sorry we’re working through IT hiccups”. I asked for them and to waive their fees so at least I could get some of the fees they cost me back, and they said GL moving forward 😂

I can’t get past the sign in screen- when I use the same credentials that log me in to the website or even the main app, it tells me that my username or password is invalid.

Just created an event with Ticketleap and was really hoping this app would work for checking in participants but cannot get passed the sign in. It asks for a username but when I sign in online, I use my email address. I tried putting in the email address as my username or just my name as it appears on my email address, but I still can’t sign in. Keep getting an error message saying username or password is incorrect. Can you help me?
