With the low frequency of use for the users it is unrealistic to expect them to remember the minute details between these categories. We have several errors with over allocation of tickets due to app errors. We also have errors with our company owned tickets being sold out yet still displaying as available for another user to purchase. ### 5/5 — Easy and functional *2020-04-03* App is easy to use and does what I need when getting tickets on the go. ### 5/5 — Power in my hands *2016-05-11* Embarrassed we use to make it so hard for our employees to connect with their clients; and on top of that, track large assets via excel spreadsheets.
