I wasted hours of my life trying to buy a single Serie A ticket through this app. As a non-Italian user, the experience is absolute disaster. The form requires city of birth, but if you are born outside Italy, there is no way to enter it, the field simply doesn’t work. Then on the next step it blocks you from proceeding with Persona non valida validation error because it requires the city of birth. Did anyone actually test this with a non-Italian account?

Bad application and doubtful. I tried to verify the account, but I could never, all because my phone number is not from Italy. I contacted someone from Ticketone and he told me to put an Italian phone number, I don't live in Italy / it's not even a number and what guarantee I have that I won't be scamed.

I chose my tickets, I read where it said there was some other option for US but then saw no other option. Then got to the part where they verify I’m not a bot and never got the text. Tried to contact their help and while filling out the form… US not in drop down list. I can handle it not being in English

The App Store says available in both English and
Italian but when downloaded, the language is Italian and there’s no way to change the language to English. Did someone forget to add that?

Terrible application 
The ticket price of one event is £12 they charge me £5.30 for commission .
Disgraceful !!

This is an app that requires wifi why don't we have an option to change the language??? Can't use it because I can't read it

The TicketOne website has an option to switch the language to English but after installing this app on a device with English as its default language, there doesn't seem to be a way to switch the language in the app from Italian to English. It would be great if such an option were to be added or made more obvious if it already exists, perhaps defaulting to English upon installation on devices with English as their default language.
