## What is Tickets by Survey2Connect?

Survey2Connect’s Ticketing application allows you to manage all your tickets in one place thereby making the whole process of handling tickets much smoother. The app allows you to monitor and manage your tickets in real-time.

You can view all the tickets, manage them, assign them, mark them closed and take action for the tickets. The app comes with a number of features and allows you to see which agent and survey generated how many tickets. You can also sort the tickets on the basis of priority, status, agents, etc.

Everything can be updated within the app itself ranging from changing the status of the ticket, creating a sub-ticket to taking action and closing the tickets.

You can generate your login id and password from Survey2Connect.com

Now, managing customer requests will become even handier. You can manage all the tickets on your mobile with just a few clicks.

The app also has a notification feature to ensure that not even a single ticket is missed. You can enable push notifications in the app which would allow you to receive any update in the tickets even when you’re not using the app.

The application has been developed with intent of making ticket handling hassle-free for our users.
