This was an absolute horrible experience—from the simple fact I couldn’t register to the fact that family bought tickets and we’re charged for the tickets but go ZERO confirmation and customer service said, “oh well.” Please do better.

Sent an email two weeks ago about features that’s suppose to be available within the app but no reply. As info screen shot suggests above, you should be able to resell your tickets but options not available.

Log in website won’t load.. stuck in an infinite loop of page refreshing. Tried redownloading app multiple times, nothing helped, even when on or off WiFi. My game ticket is scheduled for tomorrow, hopefully resolved asap

Awful.  Bought tickets and they don’t appear in the app. Nothing I am told to do works.  Ugh ugh ugh

Really frustrating.  Paid a substantial amount for tickets to the women's alpine event. On Location (the ticket provider for the Games) says they should appear in the app. However, they don't. It is the only way to access your purchased Olympic tickets.  They say to delete the app and re-install it.  I have tried this a number of times. Still, no tickets.

The app and tickets are fine, however there is no information or ways to find transit info. They promised shuttles to events from the towns would be available in the app…where exactly do these shuttles pick up from? Do the shuttles go between Milan and mountain events? Just wanting some basic logistics 🤔
