## Most critical reviews (5 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not suitable for modern iOS versions

*2023-07-15, version 1.2.12*

Our event is looking for a new ticket provider however we were sad to see the current iOS scanning app is using an extremely old development kit. The app doesn’t fit the screen on modern devices, lacks functionality for password management tools such as the baked in keychain and 1password etc. This is important for us as many of our event stewards need to be able to easily login on personal devices quickly.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work, no option to sign up/register

*2022-06-21, version 1.2.8*

In the login page there’s text saying “sign up for ticket source” but it doesn’t hyperlink to anything

### 1/5 — App is very poor quality and doesn’t work

*2021-06-17, version 1.2.8*

I’ve been trying to book swimming for my family and the app wonk work it’s very frustrating stay clear of this app

### 4/5 — Can’t see manual entry text in dark mode

*2022-10-15, version 1.2.11*

Manual code entry text follows dark mode (i.e. changes from black to white) but the entry field background stays white, so you can't see the text. Keep your phone in light mode until they fix it (currently version 1.2.10).
I was getting the odd occurrence of valid screen charging to invalid after a scan, but this has stopped - probably a glitch in the matrix… 😉
I would love a cancel or back button when entering a manual code, and the ability to sort scan history alphabetically as well as most recent. Thanks. 😊

### 4/5 — Great idea linked to excellent web service.

*2012-08-23, version 1.0*

Only tested this app and not used in anger, but if it performs as smoothly as the rest of the Ticketsource service they are on to a winner.
Minor niggle is the email log in field isn't the same size as the space. It is aligned with the password one. Sounds daft but touching to log in gives the impression the app isn't working.
