Previously signed in as a member of a different drama group. I’ve reset my email and password and still can’t get in. 
Rubbish app.

This app has got so bad now, it almost doesn’t function anymore. If you click on an event it’s okay, but then changing an event to another one still shows all the previous information and the new information will not load. It also crashes regularly when using multiple scanners and also fails to register the scans properly. This needs fixing fast, as at the moment it’s not fit for purpose!

This is the most frustrating experience I have ever experience with any ticket company. I don’t event want to waste anymore time on them, not even on a review. Just please dont use them…
