Sold my ticket 5th August. Everytime I speak to chat they say they escalate it because I haven’t gotten my payment yet but nothing happens and no one replies on the live chat

Trying to create a listing for an event abroad and it takes me through a full rigmarole and then freezes on one screen mid process after multiple tries and plenty puffs on my vape i finally create the listing, 17 people in a waiting list for this event so i’m expecting it sold very soon. Not user friendly in the slightest.

Easy to search use and adjust tickets for sale. Used it loads reliably and get my money fairly quickly. Had a few glitching issues. But nothing that a delete and reinstall didn’t help

While using the app, for the first time, every single listing looks like an individual listing with the subject and the description. I purchased tickets, assuming it was five tickets when in actuality, if you look at the light Gray / 1 ticket under the dollar amount in a smaller font, you’d find out if it’s per ticket. It should be far more clear in the subject that it’s per ticket. This is especially important when people are rushing to get extremely desire tickets. I’m now having issues reselling the tickets because it’s not accepting my checking account and support is non existent when the app reroute me to contact support with zero contact information. When going to the help guide, you are speaking with an AI that will not connect you with any human representative when it’s incapable to answer your questions. Be careful when using this app. The potential is there but there needs to be human representatives, more clarification in the app, and bug fixes within the menus.

### 2/5 — Great app let down by declining support and outdated information

I’ve been using TicketSwap for years to both buy and sell tickets, and it used to be one of my favourite apps. Unfortunately, over the last 12 months the experience has declined significantly.

I recently bought tickets for an event, but the ticket I received was incomplete. I’ve contacted support four times and still haven’t received a response or any resolution.

Searching for events has also become much more difficult. Many events are incorrectly listed as running continuously for weeks or even months, making it almost impossible to find events happening on a specific weekend. 

The support team used to be excellent, but it now seems either severely understaffed or unresponsive. 

The instructions for selling Ticketmaster tickets appear to be outdated or incomplete. They say to transfer the ticket to the unique email address shown on your TicketSwap profile, but no such email address exists anywhere in the app.

TicketSwap is still a great concept, but unless customer support, event listings and help documentation improve, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to justify it being my go to ticket app.

I was sold two fake tickets for a music event, security of the venue would not let us enter. TicketSwap are basically impossible to get in contact with and cannot help the case. They will just put you in contact with the seller, who will obviously claim they are real tickets, and there make it a ‘your word against theirs’ case as they cannot check legitimacy of the tickets.

Does not accept any wise bank accounts for payouts, neither euro, huf, nor gpb or usd. But does in fact accept your ticket. Very convenient: take the ticket, complain about technical issues when need to pay, keep the money. 

Avoid the service at all cost. Does not worth it.

I am surprised that ticket swap has not developed the ability to deal with QR codes and mobile transfers. Most ticketing sites don’t issue pdfs anymore. So that kind of makes ticket swap redundant. Twickets have the capability, why hasn’t ticket swap?

I sold multiple tickets using this app, and for months my payment has been paused and held by the app for no explained reason. When I tried to contact customer service, I received slow generated replies informing me I would receive help in 24h, but it has now been almost 2 months and I am just being ignored by customer service. Not even a follow up automated message, just nothing. Now I am hundreds of pounds down due to terrible customer service. It’s appalling and unacceptable that they are doing this and that this app is allowed on the app store.

If I could give this app a lower score, I would. This is the absolute worst resale app I’ve ever used. It is littered with bugs and makes it almost impossible to sell tickets. A waste of time and money. Use another resale app or honestly don’t go.

I basically purchased a ticket for £46. After a resale from the original event I got one form there aswell, planning to re-sell the one I had bought on ticket swap to get my money back. I did expect to lose a couple of £s due to admin fees or whatever, but it wouldn’t let me sell it for anymore than £38, citing fairness; that this was more than 20% of the original price (which was £35), and that with admin fees included I’d make only £36. If this is the case why was I sold it for £46? It also advertises secure swap as standard but was not available for this ticket so there was virtually no protection. The system may be good in some cases (I think fair pricing would be good if it was consistent!) but I’d try other means if possible.

Very disappointing experience with TicketSwap. My ticket went through multiple resales, and when an issue was raised by the final buyer less than 24 hours before the event, TicketSwap rolled back the entire chain and held me responsible.

I asked them to provide the full resale history and evidence showing where the issue occurred, but getting a clear explanation has been extremely difficult. I have also submitted a formal complaint, but the process has been frustrating and lacks transparency.

Very poor customer support when something goes wrong.

this app has some critical flaws that block you from raffles entirely. for example:
if you were in a raffle
don’t win
and just close the app without closing the window in the app that says you don’t win
then get notified of another raffle and open it immediately
it won’t open the new raffle, it will just say you didn’t win the previous one still. you then cant get into the new raffle which still is a minute or so out. 
i must have been blocked from 5-6 raffles in the last 24 hours due to this bug alone. very poor build

This app was the worst hour of my entire vacation. I had to switch between Safari and Chrome on mobile and desktop different accounts to finally get it to understand what I was trying to do one of the worst ticketing apps out there.

It’s funny how many apps just spam the daylights out of your device with unwanted notifications. With TicketSwap, the opposite is true: opt in all you want but the app fails to send. If using this service watch your email. Don’t count on this app.

Seit einiger Zeit erhalte ich Push Benachrichtigungen und wenn ich auf die klicke komme ich nur auf die Hauptseite. 
Leider ist es mir so nicht möglich schnell auf ein günstiges Ticket Preis zu reagieren da ich erst im Hauptmenü lande und dann über die auch Funktion auf des Festival, Tag und dann auf die verfügbaren Tickets. Dann ist es natürlich schon weg. Hoffe dies wird schnell behoben. Ansonsten guter Service und kein Scam
EDIT: Problem wurde mit dem nächsten Update behoben. Funktioniert alles einwandfrei und Geld ist nach Verkauf der Tickets auch schnell auf dem Konto.
