Welcome your guests professionally and skip the queues. With the ticketYoo Check-in app you scan tickets with your camera, check visitors in real time and print the matching name badge on the spot – all from one app.

WHAT THE APP CAN DO

• Lightning-fast check-in: Scan QR codes with the camera and admit guests in seconds.
• Station-specific entry: Define which tickets are valid at each entrance or area – e.g. VIP only, workshop or day pass. Every station only lets through what it should.
• Add tickets on site: Book additional tickets right at the entrance – perfect for upgrades, companions or walk-in guests.
• No double entries: Already checked-in tickets are recognised instantly.
• Print name badges: Direct printing to Brother and Zebra label printers (network & Bluetooth) – automatically on check-in or at the tap of a button.
• Live overview: See current check-ins and statistics in real time, even with several devices working the entrance at once.
• Import external tickets: Codes from other systems can be checked in too.
• Multiple events & roles: Each event gets exactly the permissions your team needs.
