Settings › Data › Export writes every habit and every check-in to a CSV file you can open in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets — and import straight back into Tickgrid, unchanged. Free, and it always will be. Faster all day. Checking in from a widget is now instant at every hour; the evening hours used to take a few seconds.
