### 1/5 — Never Received My Payout - No Customer Support

I bought two Africana tickets through Tick’it and later decided to resell them using their built-in resale feature. The tickets sold successfully on June 12 for the June 13 event, but more than a month later, I still haven’t received my payout.

I’ve called multiple times, sent emails, contacted them through the app, and reached out on WhatsApp. The app and email only returned automated AI responses, and after one phone call where I was told they would look into it, I was completely ignored.

Delays can happen, but taking this long without any communication is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
