## What is Ticklr?

Your people matter. Stay in touch on your terms.

Ticklr is a privacy-first contact network manager that helps you maintain meaningful relationships — without algorithms, social feeds, or a cloud account. Everything lives on your device.

Set recurring reminders to reach out. Call your dad every Sunday. Check in with a colleague every quarter. Ticklr quietly notifies you when it's time, then schedules the next reminder automatically.

FEATURES

— Tickle calendar: set daily, weekly, monthly, or custom recurring reminders per contact
— Import contacts from your iPhone or LinkedIn CSV export
— Organize into groups: Family, Work, Board, Friends — any label you want
— Compose SMS and MMS to multiple contacts at once using saved message templates
— 100% on-device: no account, no cloud sync, no analytics, no tracking

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

Ticklr has no servers and collects no data. Your contacts, reminders, and messages are stored exclusively in your device's secure local database. We have no way to see your data — because we never receive it.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.12.1 — 2026-07-17

A small fix with a big impact: groups open again.
• Fixed: tapping a group in the Groups tab did nothing — now it opens the group like it should, on iPhone and iPad
• Group details, editing, adding members, and group tickles are all back within reach

### 1.12.0 — 2026-07-11

Sending a text marks the tickle done — no more second trip
   • Reminders are reliable again, and you can Done or Snooze right from the notification
   • Compose now suggests who's due today
   • Swipe a contact to text or tickle them; jump around your network with the new A–Z rail
   • Undo for nearly everything, snooze for 1 day, 3, or a week
   • Groups can filter your network and carry their own tickles

### 1.11.1 — 2026-07-03

This update makes tickles rock-solid:
• Birthdays and anniversaries stay on the right date, even after snoozing
• Your very first tickle now schedules its reminder reliably
• Reminders now appear even while the app is open
• The reminders switch in Settings is always respected
• Deleting a contact also removes their reminders
• Editing a tickle no longer resets its schedule
• Faster import and smoother scrolling for large contact lists
• iPad and right-to-left layout polish

### 1.11.0 — 2026-06-17

You can now create one-time and annual tickles, including birthdays, anniversaries, and custom special events. This release also improves localization coverage and fixes several translated UI strings.

### 1.10.0 — 2026-06-12

A fresh look and smoother flows.
   • New warm Cream & Espresso app icon
   • Refreshed card artwork that feels at home in every language
   • Sending a text now returns you right where you left off
   • Contact details show when you last connected
