They don’t answer their phone and only intermittently answer support emails, and when they do respond to emails, it’s only with generic, unhelpful responses. They just tell you that sucks and just sell them but you can’t because you don’t have the ticket until the day before the show. So good luck. The sellers don’t have to confirm or give you the tickets until the day before which makes trusting the site and seller hard. All in all, I won’t be using this service again. Just too shady ### 1/5 — Worst Customer service ever *2026-08-26, version 6.0.16* There are too many other reputable apps out there these days to waste your time with TickPick any longer. I used to use them exclusively when they first came out but they have really gone down hill. I ordered tickets recently through them for a minor league baseball game (SJ Giants). My tickets were never sent. Mind you I’ve gone to literally hundreds of baseball games and I’m on a quest to visit all 150 major and minor league ballparks. This isn’t my first time transferring tickets or buying them on a second party app. I have Ticketmaster, AXS, the MLB ballpark app and more. I know how this works… so when my tickets didn’t transfer an so had to buy another ticket at the venue. I called their customer support thinking this will be an easy fix. Up until this point I have never had an issue with them. I spoke with a person that had to be covering for someone else because there is no way in the world a company would put this guy, Darion, in charge of talking to customers willingly. This guy proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that the ticket supplier that sold these tickets is one of the most reliable and that I’m wrong. I’m not kidding. I tried to tell him I did every single step he tried walking me through like I was an idiot. Then he thinks he’s going to insult me by saying if I’m hurting for money, that the process for getting my money back was extensive and would take awhile. I said dude, if you think I’m worried about $17 then you have completely missed the point. The most rude and unprofessional person I’ve ever spoke to in any business, anywhere, ever. There are more eyebrow raising parts of this convo but I’ve already written enough. I’ll never use this app again and I sigh you don’t either, or you might be told “well everyone else got their tickets so…?” Like what does that have to do with me and the fact that I didn’t get mine. We ordered tickets through this company, only to find out that someone else had already used them to get into the event. We were left outside missing the entire first set because the tickets never worked, luckily the venue let us in. We had someone in our seats and almost got into an altercation with the other people over having the same tickets. When we contacted customer service, we specifically requested to speak with a supervisor. Instead, we were put on hold for 30 minutes, only to be told that the supervisor would not come to the phone and that we would receive a response by email within 72 hours. That is an unacceptable way to handle a customer who has paid for tickets. Do yourself a favor and save the time, frustration, and money — just use Ticketmaster.
