Needs a fifth tool in the toolbar and the other tools button should be placed elsewhere. Despite these flaws, as a simple to do list, task notes, habit tracker and task organizer, it’s really easy and good. Be mindful that the calendar is set up for tasks not events. Also free version works well if you only need a few task lists and habits to track. Before Tick Tick I used to manage everything by hand in a journal, which worked, but it wasn’t always convenient because I didn’t have it with me everywhere. I’ve also used the Notes app on my iPhone, but nothing compares to the satisfaction of actually checking off a task. ✅ TickTick gives me everything I need to stay productive, organized, and happy. It makes planning my day, tracking my goals, and getting things done so much easier. As a Capricorn, checking off tasks and working quickly and efficiently is my number one priority — and this app makes that possible! I genuinely love how simple, useful, and motivating it is. In addition, I also love how it keeps track of habits too! This is the only planner i’ve ever stuck with and i’ve been using it for two years now and will never use anything else!! Only feedback would be to add in a mood tracker as well! that would really make all my other apps go away! More features than other workflow/management/ business apps I’ve used. Pros: ✅ Layout is crisp and simple without looking primitive. You can add colour but again it’s not in a distracting overbearing way. ✅ Each list can be separated into sub categories. These can also be viewed as lists or columns/ tanks which is great for visualisation. ✅ Each task can include a priority, tag, due date, description. Love the built in emoji feature. ✅ Multiple viewing options: calendar/ due order, priority flag list order, Einsen’ matrix group order, List/ group order. They told me to contact Apple to get the refund for the second charge. Once Apple refunded the second charge, Tick Tick cancelled my subscription so I am unable to have full access to my calendar even though they have the money because they charged the renewal fee… now I’m out $35.99 and don’t have my calendar. They take forever to reply about these issues. So unreliable.
