After installing app, setting up an account, and logging in I’m presented with “Your account is not active. You will not be able to login until you contact a supervisor and change your account status to active.”

I love the app but I've had issues where it won't log me in and I get an error message which says user not activated. I had this app and I use it but I hate this error where I have to call the company rep

This app is so convenient. I can log into anywhere and figure out who owns the property by taking a picture, using their name or address.Find out how long they have owned it, how much they owe on it. School districts, plat maps, etc.
