Je devais régler la différence si je souhaite voyager. Le nouveau prix ne me correspondant pas, j’ai demandé un remboursement. On m’indique que seulement une partie du voyage peut être remboursée, que la deuxième peut l’être mais sous forme de bon d’achat. Mécontente j’accepte tout de même. Au moment de faire ma demande d’annulation, je vois que le montant est plus petit que ce qu’il doit être, on m’indique alors que des frais d’annulation s’appliquent. Je dois alors payer les erreurs de cette compagnie.
