How about improving IPhone compatibility? Frequent loss Bluetooth connection App support ### 2/5 — Great watch, bad app *2017-12-29, version 2.6.2* I got my new Watch few days ago. It has been doing very good so far. But the app doesn't work as expected. I cannot pair my watch to receive calls. The keeps me tell the pairing has failed. I don't know what to do. I already updated the watch's OS, but nothing changed. Please, help us and fix it. ### 2/5 — Last update 11-8-17 killed pairing. *2017-11-07, version 2.6.1* This most recent update killed the pairing to my iPhone 7 Plus. My last iPhone 6 on iOS 10.2 ran great with the Ticwatch. Now since upgrading to an iPhone 7 Plus and especially since updating to iOS 11 I have been having more and more pairing issues. To top it off the most recent update killed pairing to my iPhone all together. You should be able to downgrade apps to the previous version on iOS if you have problems. Ounce you update your stuck waiting for another app update to fix issues. I swear I’m just about done updating apps and iOS for good. ### 2/5 — Watch face *2017-05-26, version 2.4.4* 1. The watch face in the watch is extremely difficult to download through using wifi. 2. Some watch faces show in the app don't apply to the watch. Watch face is the only problem I ever have because I love changing watch face. However, when I saw those nice watch faces, I am very upset I could not change them. Please fix those problems!!! ### 2/5 — Please check your software *2017-05-25, version 2.4.4* The watch is great, the app is good, except for some reason my watch always looses connectivity with the phone. I'm not sure if this is just my iPhone 7 Plus or if others are experiencing this but I've noticed simply opening the app will reconnect everything and its fine for a period of time. I didn't specify because sometimes it's an hour sometimes it's 2 minutes before my watch tells me it lost connection again. This is not good because I cannot rely on the watch to give me notifications at times when pulling out my phone is impractical. Please find this bug and fix it! I only have this issue with this Bluetooth device, nothing else I own gives me these connectivity issues. ### 2/5 — Can't find QR code *2017-04-01, version 2.2.0* I already have my watch activated and paired, an app update and now I have to scan the QR code again when trying to login. I've looked over everywhere on the watch and I couldn't find the QR code is in my watch ( I've already activated my watch). I'm not sure why it is asking me to rescan the QR code when I try to login the app. I even tried uninstall and reinstall the app but that doesn't help. Now my watch is no different then a non-smart watch and I don't wear them anymore. Please fix it. ### 2/5 — Reconnect issues *2017-03-28, version 2.2.0* Does not reliably reconnect to watch after phone is in airplane mode or moved far from phone. Watch has latest firmware. Turn phone off and on still does not allow for reliable reconnection. ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY *2016-12-16, version 2.0.13* This watch does nothing it's said to be able to do. It's just a fancy watch that tells time. DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH ### 1/5 — Logged me out with last update *2016-12-04, version 2.0.13* With the last update it logged me out and every time it wants me to sign it it wants to pair with the QR code with no work around. I don't want to restart my watch with no backup in place and start over with everything. This needs to be fixed asap. ### 1/5 — Poor Bluetooth *2016-11-20, version 2.0.12* On iphone 6s the app has unstable Bluetooth connectivity. Despite several attempts to reconnect, the app just wont reconnect to the watch. Also the battery life of the watch (Onyx) is very poor. Needs to be charged twice a day!! ### 1/5 — Zero Stars *2016-11-07, version 2.0.10* Not iPhone compatible as advertised on kickstarter. Stuck with watch faces supplied unless you go thru hellish nightmare process to get others. No GPS. No answering text messages. Pebble is head over heels better! They blocked me from their facebook page because I wrote these same comments. That should tell you volumes! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2016-10-23, version 2.0.10* I own AppleWatch Series2, Pebble Steel, MotoX 2ndGen, ZenWatch, GearFit2, and various other fitness band/watch combinations. Without a doubt this is the worst of the smart watch lot. Won't pair or keep a Bluetooth connection with my Iphone7 Plus AND pairing with my Galaxy S7 Edge is even worse, requiring installation of a "helper" app and multiple deletion and reset steps along the way. Not ready for prime time, guessing it's designed for the low end Chinese market and won't survive the USA. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s secondhand but there’s no app on the watch to get a QR code and it keeps tryna connect to the previous owners phone yet there’s no option to remove it because it’s no where to be seen on the watch. ### 1/5 — Both are bad. *2019-12-12, version 2.6.4* As soon as I turn my watch on, I follow the instructions that it says to do. I download this app, use the camera to pair it, and I leave it to pair overnight. It did absolutely nothing. So I see if I can do anything in the app, and it forgot that I paired it. So I did it again, left it overnight, and still did nothing. So once again I went into the app, and it forgot it again, and the watch still won’t pair. I was hoping for simplicity but only got frustration and ultimately returned the watch because of the app. ### 1/5 — Ticwear isn’t pairing on my IPhone *2018-04-13, version 2.6.4* I’m unable to pair my watch with tic wear. It pairs with wearOS so Bluetooth connection works there however the app doesn’t recognize my watch, it keeps asking for a QR code that I just can’t seem to pull up and when I attempt to connect it manually my watch isn’t located... it notifies my of IG and emails and notifies me of an incoming call but not text messages which is why I purchased it in the first place. I hope it gets resolved quickly ### 1/5 — iOS 7 *2017-12-31, version 2.6.2* I genuinely loathe this app. I open it on my phone, it says I need a QR code from my watch. Um, okkkkkay, no idea what/where/ how...? I download a QR reader/generator, which tells me it won’t work unless I *have the app on my phone* so it REFUSES TO GENERATE A QR CODE FOR THE PHONE APP TO READ. For $200, it performs very well and does mostly everything I would like it to do. I would like to see a texting function like the wifi password input and some apps iOS users are able to download, but I'm definitely happy with what I have for the price. Compared to the Apple watch ($600+) this thing is an absolute steal. Yhe onebiasue I have had is everytime the app is updated, I have to do a factory reset the watch. Today I had to do a factory reset with the option to delete the data unchecked. This time I lost the data.
