Tide Graph uses the harmonic predictions from thousands of US coastal stations and presents them in a fun and interactive graph. And now, in version 2.0 you also get an intuitive graph that shows sunrise, sunset, moonrise, moonset, and moon phase at a glance. Save recent locations, find locations using GPS location, and save graphs for later.

Tides have a great influence on the lives of boaters, fishermen, surfers, coastal communities, marine life, and vacationers just to name a few. Directly or indirectly, the great flow of our massive ocean bodies of water impact the daily lives of everyone on this planet.

The cyclical movement of the Earth's tides are caused by a combination of the gravitational forces of the sun and moon as well as the shape of the costal region. Unlike simple tide clocks that you can buy in novelty stores, more accurate tide predictions use special data gathered by instruments located at each tide station. The data from these measurements are used to determine the harmonic components which then feed into the mathematical algorithms which predict tides for the future. The end results are tested for accuracy and adjustments are made as necessary.

My go-to tide chart for every trip!

As someone who spends a ton of time on the water chasing fish all over Florida, Tide Graph has become one of the most important apps on my phone. Whether I’m fishing Boca Grande, Tampa Bay, the flats, the beaches, or backcountry waters, I rely on it every single day.

The app is simple, accurate, and incredibly easy to use. I can quickly see exactly what the tide is doing, when it’s changing, and plan my fishing around those key feeding windows. Being able to check conditions in different locations across the Florida coast has saved me countless hours and helped put more fish in the boat.

At TJT Outdoors, understanding tides is a huge part of what we do, and Tide Graph has become our go-to tool for planning trips, scouting locations, and making on-the-water decisions. It’s one of those apps I don’t even think about anymore—it’s simply part of my daily routine.

Many people don’t realize that tides can be different, even at nearby locations. For example, in San Francisco Bay, the tides can be delayed or advanced from those on the coast because of the time it takes for the water to flow in and out of the 1600 square mile estuary. This app has always provided accurate Tide data for each of the stations. I pay attention to, on the coast, inside Monterey Bay, and inside San Francisco Bay.

I have bought this for $0.99 for the past several years. It’s one of the few apps that I’m willing to shell out money for. I’m a boater and live in South Florida and knowing the tides around here is important. 
It’s a great app, easy to use and displays the information is several different formats. 
I am pleased with it and will continue to buy it every year.

When I fish off the Oregon coast, knowing tides is important… It impacts my fishing, when I can cross the bar, and when does stay home. I paid the nominal fee for the premium so that I can plan my fishing trip to weeks or even months in advance.

I don’t see a way to update a review or change it or delete it. I had an issue, couldn’t solve it, wrote a crummy review in frustration. I finally contacted them and after many emails back and forth we were able to resolve the issue, which was “user issue” not the app. So 5 stars for a great app and 5 stars for customer service and if there’s a way to delete it let me know.
