Until I need it next year, this piece of trash app is leaving my phone. Good riddance. Shame on you for STEALING LOCATION DATA FROM STUDENTS!!! ### 1/5 — Never Works *2019-12-07, version 9.3.4* I always have to send in appeals to get any points, and sometimes I forget to take pictures so I can’t even do that. I have been to every single home game and stayed for 4 every time, but I have been cheated out of over 1,000 points because of the terrible quality of this app. We really should just have act card readers to swipe on the way out of the games. It’s not like this school can’t afford to buy more act card readers to have on the way out of the games. We definitely have the money to do that and if you’re trying to reward students based on their attendance to games you need to have a fair and accurate way of doing so. ### 1/5 — Why have an app that doesn’t work? *2019-10-25, version 9.3.4* This app is just the worst. I go to every home game and this is just awful! I have to end up going to the Tide loyalty points desk to get my points. It Took me an hour before the app finally worked to let me create an account. Since then, it hasn’t let me claim my points at a single game I’ve been to, and I have had to appeal all of them. One of these appeals got DENIED and another one has been pending for weeks. Pretty pitiful for a school of this size to advertise an app that doesn’t even work. ### 1/5 — Poor excuse for recording points *2024-10-02, version 10.2.2* Horrible, good for nothing app. You think with loyalty points being such a necessary component towards getting football tickets they would make it feasibly accessible for students, but it’s the exact opposite. App never loads no matter what school event your at, and all you can do is cross your fingers and hope that loyalty points will come your way. Not to mention, the appeal process is slow and bogus.
