Sure at the beginning I says you can pay out 5 cents 1 penny at a time. But then it has a withdrawal limit of 1000 dollars and once you get down to 100 or less you start to see the dollar limits you win like $54 dollars gets transformed magically before your eyes into 15 cents or less or not given to you at all. I am really upset because there is no customer service button or way to contact them even.
