## What is TideCast?

TideCast turns every fishing session into a useful reference for the next one, with adaptive layouts optimized for iPhone Duo.
Fishing details are easy to forget when they are scattered across notes and photos. TideCast brings session planning, structured catch records and reflection after each trip into one clear workflow.
OPTIMIZED FOR IPHONE DUO
Use TideCast on the outer display or open up the expanded display for more room. Layouts adjust to the available space, with key screens organized into two columns so you can view related information together while planning sessions, reviewing records and exploring patterns.
PLAN WITH YOUR OWN RECORDS
Build a session plan around your target species and water type. TideCast reviews matching records to suggest a time window, presentation and water clarity to consider.
CREATE STRUCTURED FISHING LOGS
Record the species, water type, clarity, presentation, lure color, time window and result of each session. Add a catch photo and personal notes to preserve the details that matter.
DISCOVER REPEATABLE PATTERNS
Review summaries based on completed fishing logs. Each suggestion includes supporting records, so you can understand where it came from.
COMPLETE THE SESSION LOOP
Save a plan before heading out, then link it to a completed session afterward. Compare the planned approach with the actual result and keep improving your preparation.
ORGANIZE CREW ACTIVITY
Browse fishing crews, join field briefs, follow assignments and keep conversations together with text, photos and voice messages. Reporting and blocking controls are available from crew menus.
BUILD YOUR FISHING PASSPORT
Keep your profile, joined crews, saved plans and fishing activity organized in one place.
TideCast is designed for anglers who want a more structured way to prepare, record observations and learn from their time on the water.
