Tidehold Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase where offered. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.

SAFETY FIRST

Tidehold is for dry practice on land. Standard holds should be done seated or lying down. The optional apnea walk is for short walking holds only with a reliable spotter on a flat, open route away from water, traffic, stairs, and obstacles. Never use Tidehold in water, while driving, near hazards, or anywhere a loss of consciousness could cause injury. Stop if you feel unwell. Tidehold provides training structure, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring.
