There is no true reflection of the amount you actually have left available. The previous app the balance remaining included the pending transaction. This app does not account for the pending transaction so you have to do the math every time you go into the app. If you even can as it’s almost daily the app is down.

The new app is terrible, tried for days to get into it as it as it no longer would take my facial recognition - why???? then got charged $15 late fee. Been a customer for a dozen years and you charge me $15 … you couldn’t send an email or text??? 
The whole visual of the app/accounts etc is horrible. Change it back to being user friendly.

The app experience is making me question my relationship with Tidemark. My balance is never current (shows ‘available days ago’), and am rarely able to access bill payment system to schedule.  Very frustrating.

I have been with Tidemark over a year and they really go above and beyond for me. I had a couple fraud issues with my account and they were right on top of it and very understanding . The girls in the bank are just as amazing too! Thanks Tidemark

I don’t like that when I make a payment it isn’t debit from balance until the payor receives it. It’s not showing the true balance which leaves too much chance for overdraft.

I am having a hard time getting used to the new system.  Not saying once it is familiar I won’t love it but now.  Not so much.  Everything seems mor difficult. I appreciate the idea of safety but the rest.. nope.  Paying bills used to be so so easy.  Now I have not even entered them all in.  It I was on a roll to enter and got kicked doff, I entered too many at one time.  Yeah, not sure who created this but. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh. LOL. I Love Tidemark and all the benefits .. hopefully it will all come easy soon enough.  I wish the savings were not shown. The $5 accounts they just muck everything up ..
