## What is Tidjaniya?

At Tidjaniya is the digital companion for the Tijani community: daily spiritual life on one side, and the organized life of the daahira on the other. The app is free, available in five languages, and most features can be used without creating an account.

DAILY USE, NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED

• Prayer times calculated based on your location, with a choice of calculation method (Umm al-Qura, ISNA, MWL, etc.) and a countdown to the next prayer.
• Notifications and Adhan: enable them prayer by prayer, with volume preview and vibration.
• Real-time Qibla compass pointing toward the Kaaba.
• Annual Tijani calendar: Gamou of Tivaouane, founders' anniversaries, and Islamic holidays, displayed in both Hijri and Gregorian calendars and exportable to your calendar.

AUDIO & READING LIBRARY

• Quran: around forty reciters, with surah-by-surah listening and a playback queue.
• Khassidas in audio: Tijani spiritual poetry, organized by poet, collection, and chant.
• Khassidas in PDF: built-in reader with chapter navigation, adjustable font size, dark mode, and bookmarks.
• Background listening, with controls on the lock screen and from the Control Center.
• Offline downloads: your recitations and khassidas remain available without an internet connection.
• Shared favorites for the Quran and khassidas.

DISCOVER DAAHIRAS

• Search all public daahiras by name or location.
• Find daahiras near you.
• View their profile, mission, public gallery, and upcoming events before joining.

MANAGE YOUR DAAHIRA, WITH AN ACCOUNT

Any member can create their daahira and become its manager, then delegate administrator, treasurer, or member roles.

• Memberships: requests approved by an administrator, or direct registration of a member by phone or email.
• Member directory updated in real time, with detailed profiles.
• Digital membership card with a QR code for event check-in, exportable as a PDF and printable via AirPrint.
• Group discussion with text messages and voice notes.
• Announcements sent to all members, which can be pinned and include an image or voice message.
• Events: date, location, capacity, attendance confirmations, and member notifications.
• Members-only library: photos, videos, audio, and PDF documents.

A TRANSPARENT TREASURY FOR EVERYONE

• Contribution and expense registers, with custom categories and supporting documents.
• Treasury balance dashboard and recent activity.
• Member history: each person can view their own contributions and the daahira's overall financial situation.
• Summaries by category and member.

USER EXPERIENCE

• Five languages: French, English, Arabic, Spanish, and Italian, switchable at any time.
• Light and dark themes.
• Offline mode: contributions, expenses, and media uploads are stored on the device and synchronized when the network connection returns.
• Sign in with Apple, phone, or email.
• Account deletion directly from the app.
• Built-in help center with guided walkthroughs and tooltips.
• Completely free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
