Ability to save files and photos very useful. I created a separate ‘user’ for my dog to track all her records. Having all this info at my fingertips is critical when talking to Drs. There is always that question, ‘when did that happen?’ No more guessing. Easy interface. What I need is a full list of my medications printed out - or at list forwardable in a text format. What I got was a partial screen shot and that is absolutely worthless for me as a Medications list, Surgery list, even Diagnoses. This morning I had to type out lists for a therapy I begin today. It was the straw that broke this camel’s back because in the last year I’ve had two unexpected surgeries and two hospitals other than our local,, which mean new surgeons/new hospitals who wanted my meds. Only one location appreciated the app and did their own typing. What are your future plans? Better and ask for payment, the same, or abandonment as my previous medical app? ### 4/5 — Almost perfect *2025-12-18, version 6.6.1* I like the program but it took me a little bit to get to like it. My previous app was My Medical and I couldn’t transfer my data. I figured out an alternative solution. Now that I have my information in the app, it’s growing on me ### 3/5 — I really wanted to like it *2025-12-08, version 6.6.1* I tried Tidy Health years ago and liked the premise behind it but found it a bit lacking so decided to give it another try. It still has the same basic issue that it is cumbersome to enter all the data. There needs to be a way of importing data other than as a document. It needs a way of sorting labs by the type of test CBC, PSA, RBC, etc. Tidy may be good for someone with limited health issues as a basic way to carry their information around with them, but if you have any real issues it just doesn’t offer enough flexibility to do much. ### 5/5 — Best Health App Ever *2025-11-08, version 6.6.1* The Current update is brilliant and support is great. I was unable to download all the information that had been saved and I was very frustrated. Tidy Health App stores all your information, medications, doctors, insurance info, labs, and more. You can load pictures or upload any documents that you want to keep handy, and it only stores your info on your device. No chance of someone getting your info. You can also upload backup to other devices. I elected to take the premium version, which allows you to do a little more, and is price is not bad. You can also add family members, as well as pets. I am very happy with this app. I did have a problem of updating between iPad and iPhone, but it was resolved. It is also available on android devices. ### 5/5 — Excellent for tracking health records *2025-10-30, version 6.6.1* This AP may be in its early development but I now know they have perfected it to do just what everyone needs. I can keep track of appointments past and future, lab work, immunizations, surgeries, tests, X-rays, diseases, allergies, hospitalizations, medical insurance, medical POA’s, lab work. Prescriptions and supplements, weight and BP. I can also have the information entered on one Apple device and available on my iPhone too. There are two big pluses. First, the app is constantly being improved. And second, the support staff is very responsive. I kept track of several items for my wife who was dealing with Alzheimer’s. Later she was moved into an assisted living facility, and finally into hospice. The medical teams were very impressed with the wealth of information I could provide them. Asked several times for support with lost files no response. Deleted app ### 1/5 — Bye bye Tidy Health *2026-02-06, version 6.7* As with many apps this one has gone to the subscription model. Not worth a monthly or annual fee. Update This app WAS free when it started out. Now you have to pay if you want to enter more than one persons records. So to say it’s FREE is misleading. The free part is basically a “trial” version for one person. Also it is cluttered with way to many categories that are so similar it’s hard to decide which one to use. “My Medical” was organized, simple, clean, and easy to use. And yes, we all know you are not associated with that app, but you could have and should have taken a good look at what they were doing and followed a winning model. ### 1/5 — No costumers service *2026-01-06, version 6.6.1* I had been using the free version for a long time until now that is asking to upgrade to use some of the features. I haven’t been able to contact anyone about the error I received when I try to purchase it. I can’t imagine if I try to cancel the subscription. The app itself is anything but tidy. ### 1/5 — Not transferable from iPad to iPhone *2025-10-06, version 6.5* Loaded tons of information into app on my iPad. Tried to create a backup copy to share so I could move the data to my iPhone. App refused to create a backup copy to share. So I made an iCloud backup instead, which the app confirmed was successful. Downloaded the app to my iPhone which is synced with my iPad. Opened the app on my iPhone and attempted to restore from the iCloud backup. Restore failed. Rebooted both devices and tried a second time with no success. Reinstalled the app on the iPad and tried to restore its backup from iCloud. Failed. Worthless app!!!!! ### 1/5 — Won’t work, buggy *2025-05-17, version 6.1* So I have had this app for a long time paying for it. I try to enter appointments but it refuses to keep it. The last appointment it kept for me was September 2024. I keep trying and trying to add appointments but not working. But yet I pull up my husbands page and it will work for things I fill out for him. I don’t get it. You go to help , questions and none of that works. I got a new iPhone 16 pro in hopes it would work on that. But again not for my information only my husband. So disappointing. I really liked this app , but can’t continue paying, if it stopped working. I keep looking for a new one but not having luck I don’t want to be tied to doctors office To many diff drs I don’t know why so difficult for a simple app to keep all appts & information for quick reference if needed. ### 1/5 — Use to be great *2025-03-03, version 5.10* I’m so disappointed in this app. I can’t find a way to get in touch with owners. Click on contact just get blank page. Click on questions, I get blank page . Now it won’t accept new information. I will enter a dr appt and it disappears. I’ll keep trying, then all of a sudden there will be 5 of them listed where i kept trying to get it to keep information. I go in a day later and my information is gone. I can delete app , reinstall, cut off iPhone , the appointment is not there. Major bugs. I’ll have to cancel my subscription & find something else. I really liked this app, but now it is un-usable. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2025-02-20, version 5.9* I had used the app “My Medical” for many years and I loved it. It was simple and easy. I used it to organize lab tests, vaccinations etc. unfortunately they quit supporting the app and with a new phone came the inability to continue using it. I was encouraged that when they announced the end of the app they also made a recommendation to go to Tidy Health. So I did. I have been so disappointed. It is so complicated and tries to do too much and in the end doesn’t do anything. Something as simple as organizing vaccinations alphabetically cannot be done.
