Way too slow. ### 1/5 — Trash app *2024-09-11, version 2.1* Once you buy a product for the first time it puts you on a subscription, not to mention the app is plagued with pop ups so you can’t even go anywhere on the app. ### 1/5 — Scammed *2023-12-23, version 1.8* Sneakily puts you on a subscription plan and makes it very difficult to cancel so they can take your money. Be careful buying from here ### 2/5 — Like the products, hate the app *2025-02-11* The app is signed out every time I try to use it. Then, if you try to modify an upcoming order, it just opens a browser within the app making you sign in a second time. Reduce the number of clicks/screens it takes to see your subscriptions/upcoming order. The “home” tab of the app should show your next order, options to add/modify/skip that order, and then suggest your new products underneath. I really wish companies would stop sacrificing UI/UX for the sake of bombarding the user with ads or recommended products. The mobile version of the website feels intentionally confusing and I always end up using an actual computer to do anything with Tiege. I like the products. But the awful UI makes me question whether it’s actually more convenient to have this junk delivered. I already despise that every company has found a way to squeeze money out of consumers through a subscription model. Fine, I see the argument for subscription based skin care. But honestly, at this rate it feels easier to just pick out something from the drugstore. ### 2/5 — Apple Pay *2023-12-02* Apple Pay always fail with your app because the totals don’t match. It was nice to just have an app to look through what a brand has to offer, although it’s pretty much the same as a website. My main problem is with the claim on the website. I decided on Tiege Hanley for a skin care routine, and a pop up appeared on the website saying the app gives a 20% discount, so I download the app and the prices are all the same, because the website also has a 20% discount. It just feels like a tricky business scheme. Can’t wait to get my Retinol stick that is on its way! I must include in my review how top-notch the customer service is. I had an issue with one of my orders and had to contact customer service. I got a prompt response and some helpful advice to try and solve the problem. When that didn’t work I notified customer service, instead of responding with an email, I got an alert from the shop app that a new order was on its way! Tiege H. replaced the bottle that was defective. 5 stars ALL day, 7 days a week and twice on Sunday!!
