They proposed to register with Apple ID. Once connected they ask you to add an other email cause of that, so why proposed Apple ID registration ? And it’s not finish so I entered an other email Irma confirmed that the new email has been registered but after when you try to book it’s asking once again to enter the new email. 

So I can’t do nothing and I have been forced to recreate a new account. 

But once with the new account not with Apple ID so the nightmare continues the UI sucks and you can’t pay only with your wallet but ofc I had 0€ and MB Bank so if you don’t have you can’t book.

So move out from this application and just download Playtomic…

Completely impossible to work out how to book a court. Too many steps to do, then it takes you back to the beginning.
Had to call the padel club to book instead!
Catastrophically bad user experience!

Whoever designed this app did a terrible job. It has the worst user experience I’ve ever come across. It’s basically impossible to pay for a booking if you’re not a Portuguese resident
