I really love Tiffany’s demeanor, but better yet for me the app is just what I personally need. I have spurts of activity and then I stop and I can see just where I left off in the program AND if I just want to get into something she has it divided into meaningful categories. You can just jump into working on a painful shoulder or find a workout by time length. Works for my scattered brain and varying levels of laziness. Love it!
