We love Tiff’s Treats and order them often, but the app needs a tweak. We need the option to delete all messages in the app’s inbox at one time. Currently you can only delete them one at a time which is very inconvenient.

Works for placing orders but rewards system is confusing and doesn’t show any information on tiers or rewards. Just shows how many points you have.

The app UI overall isn’t bad. Some slight glitches when entering info, but nothing crazy. My biggest problem, or request would be to add Apple Pay. Just way more convenient than manually inputting a credit card.

Downloaded the app so I could take advantage of 40% off orders.  When I tried to put in my delivery info, keyboard wouldn’t come up.  So deleted the app I had just downloaded.🤷‍♀️

There is no way to adjust their push notifications. I’m not interested in any offers or any notifications other than my order status. It just sent another notification and here it goes, off my phone.

After all these years I’m surprised the inbox feature hasn’t been updated. There’s no way to easily delete all messages or select multiples. It’s time consuming and annoying to delete one by one and it’s so sensitive that sometimes while trying to delete, you accidentally open it up. Please consider fixing.
