We need the option to delete all messages in the app’s inbox at one time. Currently you can only delete them one at a time which is very inconvenient. ### 3/5 — Gets the job done. *2026-03-10, version 5.4.2* Works for placing orders but rewards system is confusing and doesn’t show any information on tiers or rewards. On the order there is a track your order bit the map won’t let you either. Going to purchase from another company and deliver myself ### 3/5 — Why does it keep starting me over? *2024-03-03* I think Tiff’s Treats’ products are second to none! And I’ve swung by a few of their locations throughout the years. But now that I need a delivery, I just can’t seem to figure out what I’m doing wrong here. Perhaps it’s because I’m in a hurry, perhaps because I’m approaching legally blind status, but the app has started me over for whatever reason -plus- has not saved my friend’s address making me go All The Way Back, thus frustrating me entirely. I’ll continue to be a Tiff’s customer, but not tonight. If the developer has an idea of what I messing up AND reads this, please don’t hesitate to call me out on it haha! ### 3/5 — Gets stuck in a loop, not intuitive *2023-07-07* I added a tip to a pick up order, and it said I could only tip on deliveries. That’s fine, but instead of letting me check out without a tip, it kept going in circles: can’t check out message, back to a screen where you can’t do or change anything and the only buttons are the cart and “start over”. If you tap the cart, it gives the can’t check out message, then goes back to the screen where you can’t do or change anything and the only buttons are the cart and “start over”! So I finally started over, then got frustrated because i couldn’t find the selection I found before, and quit without placing an order at all. I just wanted to send cookies to the vet that took such good care of my cat! I didn’t need this drama over trying to leave a tip. ### 4/5 — Wonderful *2023-04-13* These cookies are delicious! Every time I’ve ordered, they always taste great and arrive on time and are warm. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 is because of the price and the app. I received a text notification today that they are buy one dozen, get a dozen free. When I ordered, the app would only give me 30% off. The regular price is very expensive and while they are very good, I think they are priced too high. ### 2/5 — Cookie Vision Doesn’t Work *2023-02-14, version 4.3.1* My husband is out of town and had cookies delivered to us. They were warm and delicious! Will definitely purchase from them again. However, it came with a card and a code saying the sender recorded a message. Unfortunately, the code doesn’t work. It keeps telling me to record a message. So I’m disappointed that my husband’s thoughtfulness is lost in their cloud somewhere. ### 2/5 — Push notification spam *2023-01-22, version 4.3.1* Push notifications are a great tool but give the user an option to opt out if your ads/inbox messages. I want status updates for my orders via push but not any promotions etc. Now I got to turn off notifications for everything or delete the app just to avoid the spam. ### 3/5 — Order Customizations *2023-01-01* The cookies are great, and I like the specials available through the app. However, I don’t always want only 6 of one cookie and 6 of another. Unfortunately, the app specials aren’t available in store, so I can’t customize my app order to fit my preferences for more than just two types of cookies. Very disappointing. When I tried to put in my delivery info, keyboard wouldn’t come up. So deleted the app I had just downloaded.🤷‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Notification Spam *2025-05-05, version 4.14.8* There is no way to adjust their push notifications. I’m not interested in any offers or any notifications other than my order status. It just sent another notification and here it goes, off my phone. ### 1/5 — Needs redesign *2024-12-07, version 4.13.0* The order function is fine. The messages need to have an option to mass delete. Before you sign up they give you the option to view the menu so I did that and saw the prices at around $16 a dozen but as soon as you sign up (because you HAVE to sign up in order to place an order). The prices go up to $24 a dozen which is more ridiculous. Nope just delete my account and don’t even bother with this app. ### 1/5 — App is terrible *2024-06-10* my wife thoughtfully sent me cookies for my birthday with a video message. after downloading the app, had to start and restart the animation several times to get it to work. Never could get the sound to turn on. the augmented reality feature with a cookie starting up a projector was really cheesy and stupid anyway. never heard what the happy birthday message was. Not worth it! just send a video text and stick to cookies only. ### 1/5 — this was horrible *2024-05-12, version 4.11.1* it took me an hour to place an order due to how awfully glitchy this app is. every 5 seconds a coupon code that expired 2-3months ago pops up on the screen, and the app froze several different times so i needed to redo the order entirely. then, of course after i got the $60 order of 24 ridiculously priced cookies placed, i exited and reopened the app only for a coupon code that *would have actually worked* to pop up on the screen. woulda gotten $20 off if the app worked. im deleting this app soon and im honestly not ordering tiffs treats again, not even due to how glitchy the app is, but just how overpriced the cookies are. $21/dozen??? what a joke, ill make them homemade next time, thanks. seriously, most people can make better quality and quantity cookies for so much cheaper. so ridiculous its almost funny ### 1/5 — Notification spam *2023-10-29, version 4.7.0* Give users the option to get push notification for orders within your app. We need options to opt out of spam marketing push messages.
