The only thing I would change about this app is enabling iPad keyboard shortcuts. Sometimes the workout is a bit too intense and I need more time to recover, or make a mistake and want to bump the video back a few times. If I could press spacebar to play/pause, and use the left and right arrows to jump backwards or forwards 10 seconds, this app would be perfect. I would have given them 5 stars but I would like a little explainer next to each program so I can read what I’m getting before I buy it. But everything else I love, especially the fact that there is no patronising commentary, just music and a workout. The workouts here are really amazing. Since I began with them I haven’t gotten injured again with the advantage that my muscles have grown and my fat % has gone down. Unfortunately , the app crashes frequently.
