## What is TIG!?

TIG! is an app for the individual creation of an interval generator for your workout. You can set the duration for each exercise and each break individually and specify the number of sets.

TIG! tells you when your next exercise or break begins: With your own audio recording for each exercise!

In the free version you can create only up to two workouts; the number of exercises / breaks is limited to four; the number of sets is limited to a maximum of two. In the full version, you can create unlimited workouts, exercises and sets.
