Also, in store they advertised a larger $199 pack but it wouldn’t let me purchase it on the app. Also, Disappointed in the games and chances in the new Nanaimo splitzville location. There is not enough strength in claw machines to grab the prizes, except maybe the Taj Mahol game which seems to be the only one awarding prizes. A complete waste of money. I bought $11 worth of coins and went to buy some more. When I clicked add more credits it automatically bought me $55 worth. I contacted the app immediately and didn’t use any of the coins and they are “unable to refund” and told me to talk to the specific arcade I was at, who also tell me “they can’t refund”. ### 1/5 — Beware *2026-04-25, version 2.37.3* They just want ur info. I recently got this app to let my daughter ride a few rides at the arcade. The app automatically defaults to $40 worth of credits. I tried to get a refund and was told I need to reach out to the property management. I ccd them on the email along with Tigapo customer support and have gotten no response or explanation after several attempts. ### 1/5 — Horrible Lag Time/ Lose of Credits *2025-08-19, version 2.37.0* I recently purchased over $100 worth of credits with this app. I’ve either lost credits due to machine timing out because of a lag or credits just not registering on the scanner? Not sure what the issue is but it’s certain that the customer is always at a lost here. I am currently at the arcade on a different scenario and my account will not load to access my remaining credits. I refuse to create another account and spend more money. When I entered my card details I accidentally made a large purchase I couldn’t afford. I reached out to their customer service, explained my situation, and they promptly gave me a refund no questions asked.
