It has been 18 days since I requested a pickup for one of the jeans, and they have not arranged it till date. Customer support has become completely unresponsive, and instead of fixing their issue, they are asking me to deliver the product myself. This is unacceptable and shows zero professionalism or responsibility toward customers. Once payment is done, they simply don’t care. Worst service and worst clothing brand experience. Previous order went to Mumbai which was asked to redirect to Banagalore and it seems this feature is not available and hence had to process refund and then again buy new to get it delivered at Bangalore. So my money is stuck for 5-7 days and new amount for purchase is being paid by me. Pathetic customer service. Make your experience customer centric.
