不升级原先的app 反而重新制作一个新的app 原先使用的人  丢失了所有储存的资料

iOS 14.3 系统里 eagle 2fa 一直在闪退，而且这款 app 下架了，绑定的好多账号没有备份，能不能给出一个解决办法呢，急求！！！
