I have been trying to log into the app for 2 days and it just doesn’t work. I put my login info in and then it just says loading with a circle unendingly. I have tried restarting the app and even deleted and reinstalled it to no avail.

I just signed my kids up and I can’t login to the app. I entered my phone number but it does nothing after that.

Current password does not work on the app, no option to reset. Was able to login via the website with the same username and password. App does not recognize correct phone number either, verified all info via the website.

Can’t use the app if it never texts you a code to finish.  The new TR website works completely fine, this app so far is useless.

We were so excited to hear the app had training videos our boys could follow along with. However, none of the videos play. Just  black screen for all of them.

in the text box where I submit the routing number and account number, it wants me to use the format “routing#/account#” but the keyboard that it pulls up on the iPhone is the numeric only keyboard, which doesn’t include the “/“ character, so it is not possible to type the format requested. I was able to work around that bug by typing elsewhere and then copy-pasting.(screen shot below) if I were the programmer and needed the data in the #/# format, I think it would be easier if the user was presented with two separate boxes (one for the routing and one for account) that both used the numeric keyboard. After the form is submitted, the database could combine the number into the correct format in another field.

So much better than trying to manage a scorecard on PDF! I can sign up for events, check the training schedule, buy gear so my kids can just pick it up when I drop them off, and more. They are constantly improving and adding new features.  Really nice to just have an app on my phone.
