The app does have some connectivity issues every now and then on our department iPhone 15s but aside from that it works great for what we use it for. ### 1/5 — Terrible support: glitchy app *2026-08-10, version 9.12.88* Prior to adding phone and video, TC was a useful tool for communicating in a HIPAA compliant way in fast paced medical settings. Afterwards, it’s been a total nightmare. Each conversation creates two threads with the same person, and the app will no longer allow the user to create group texts. Deleting the app, shutting down my phone, and reinstalling it only solves the problem for a moment.
