More often than not, it will not load or shows no information recorded. ### 4/5 — It works, but not great for CCA recovery *2026-03-23, version 5.3.19* The new app only allows a Bluetooth access. If your CCA looses its BT interface, you are SOL. The older Tigo EL v. 4.x also has WiFi and Ethernet interfaces to get around the broken BT. I have had 3 CCA’s loose the communication interfaces. Two stand-alone and one ATS internal CCA’s. Not a good track record. Will try an external BT usb fob as a source. Hopefully it will work. Je tiefer man drin ist desto langsamer vergeht die Zeit. Man muss minuten warten bis irgendwas geladen ist, eigegebene Daten werden nur sporadisch gespeichert und im laufenden Betrieb der Tigos werden genauso viele Daten nicht erfasst und gehen verloren. I also tried to submit an in app bug report and got a server error code 500 when submitting. This was not a good start to my Tigo experience after investing several thousand dollars. ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-10-21, version 5.3.14* Very basic app with no configuration that I can find. Every time I want to look at my system production in kw I have to go into settings and change from energy to power - no way to save the config for next time. Then the panel diagrams are so tiny I can’t se them without zooming in which itself is not easy to do. I put 28 of them on my DIY system and it legit gave me over a 30% increase in production day after day that’s amazing! My big request for the app is to have it show the random little metrics the web page shows like the price of power you have produced today and in and in a lifetime. The Location was entered incorrectly. I have not been able to correct the initial error and the map function points to a erroneous location. I have since helped 3 other systems to be set up and have identified one faulty panel that if no Tigo to be fitted would have taken the string down (how would you identify a faulty panel without Tigos ?) The App is informative and very user friendly and constantly being improved and updated. The only downside would be an additional small fee to open up more monitoring functions that are partially visible but greyed out until the fee is paid, but having said that the basic App is free. Consider all the benefits of Tigos as genuine as they do really work but ultimately it’s an insurance that ensures your system is protected and any faults can be identified to the exact panel immediately.
