### 3/5 — Help

*2026-09-09, version 3.63.0*

How do you get rid of notifications? That red number is annoying.

### 2/5 — App good, UX bad problems bad

*2026-09-08*

1. Stop asking for appstore review every reschedule. It drives me mad
2. I saw a present icon tapped it, it suggested 30 days to a friend, as a gift for a test period, then it closed by my mistap (outside of popup). No present now. Gone forever. As my mood

### 2/5 — bug

*2026-09-07, version 3.63.0*

I using this app on my iPad,but it’s crashes whenever i switch to the other pages. I can’t interact with anything

### 3/5 — Feels a bit pushy

*2026-09-05, version 3.63.0*

Very pushy on wanting a subscription without proving any value. Some of us are broke because of ND. Be compassionate about our vulnerability and please don’t exploit it.

### 3/5 — Needs a desktop app

*2026-09-02, version 3.63.0*

I’d give it 5 stars but the lack of a dedicated desktop app for windows macOS and Linux is frustrating. It does have a browser version but that is never as seamless. Even if they just made it compatible with how chromium can made specialized apps would ne a significant step up!

### 5/5 — Amazing 🤩

*2026-09-02*

Great start as a student must have app. 💯 %

**Developer response:** Thanks for the great feedback! 💜 We’re so glad Tiimo has been helpful for you as a student!

### 4/5 — Aplicativo travando

*2026-09-02*

O app é perfeito, porém está travando, eu clico em um comando e ele trava. A parte de Focus e Tarefas também não tá abrindo.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, and sorry about the crashes! Please reach out to us at support@tiimoapp.com with your device details so we can investigate what’s happening with Focus and Tasks and help get things working properly.

### 3/5 — My adhd and some problems

*2026-08-31, version 3.63.0*

This is great app. But with my adhd i would do it for 2 days than stop following the list, you should make it to where they send annoying reminders that remind that person every 4 minutes when they ignore it! Just a suggestion

### 5/5 — TRY IT

*2026-08-31, version 3.63.0*

I LOVE THIS APP SO MUCH

### 4/5 — So helpful!

*2026-08-31, version 3.63.0*

I have referred multiple friends to this app for productivity and organization of the never ending to-do’s. I love the functionality of it and the design is aesthetically pleasing!

The only issue I have with it is that the reoccurring tasks should have better customization in regards to the days, weeks, and months. It is strangely very limiting to the point where I still have to use my native Apple Reminders app for tasks that reoccur on a more long-term basis (ex: every 45 days, every six weeks, etc.) whenever the developer fixes this, it will truly be a home run!

### 2/5 — Like having a nagging boss in your pocket

*2026-08-30, version 3.62.0*

I’ve tried to like this app. I paid early on because I had the discount code from the podcast and it was really difficult to make the prompts go away but I am so fed up of being nagged. I have asked the app three times to stop telling me to “rise and shine!” But it keeps doing it. I don’t mind the task reminders but I don’t want to feel hunted all the time. I’m giving it one more week to learn what I want and if it doesn’t I’m switching to trello.

### 5/5 — Executive Assistant for the ADHD mind

*2026-08-29, version 3.62.0*

Been using the app for a few days now after a recommendation from Alex Partridge following a recent adhd diagnosis
The app is super helpful as it gamifies the mundane, keeps me on track and super productive whereby giving that dopamine we’re all yearning for a good boost!

### 3/5 — Needs internet to work?!

*2026-08-28, version 3.62.0*

only using the free version so far but does the to do list really need to be online? being offline can be really productive
Also can we remove the emojis?

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Overload

*2026-09-09, version 3.63.0*

Not great for my adhd brain. Just a massive list of data that needs administration. One more overwhelming never ending task to add to all the others

### 1/5 — Do not use this app.

*2026-09-08, version 3.63.0*

So unbelievably frustrating. Firstly, get ready for a thousand self-plug pop ups asking you to subscribe. Then wait for another few pop ups all over the place asking you to widget stuff blah blah. Then everything you switch to a new tab it will freeze. F NO

### 1/5 — freezes, unusable

*2026-09-07, version 3.63.0*

just downloaded the app and set up routines, now i can’t do anything else. app freezes when i try to navigate anywhere off the daily task view or do anything but check off a task. i have tried restarting the app, restating my phone, reinstalling, and nothing helped. i was hoping to explore a little bit before deciding on subscribing but i absolutely will not pay money for an app i can’t use.

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2026-09-06, version 3.63.0*

Claimed free version but not user friendly so no use

### 1/5 — Glitches and Issues

*2026-09-01, version 3.63.0*

It’s not the fact there is a lot of lag despite me having the newest iPhone model, major glitches with the task-breakdowns for each task on the calendar, the checkboxes don’t tick when you press them, and the task breakdowns disappear completely for no reason, when they are used. This is unacceptable, utterly unacceptable, I may as well just use Apple calendar and Apple reminders.

### 1/5 — Does not let you plan

*2026-08-31, version 3.62.0*

You cannot plan your day manually. AI does it for you. Allocated 5mins for my hair care- COLOR , shampoo, blow dry

### 1/5 — 这个ai真的很蠢 求升级

*2026-08-31*

为什么ai对话这么垃圾

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Tiimo’s AI hasn’t been helpful. We’re continuously working to improve the AI and the quality of its responses, and we appreciate you sharing your experience with us.

### 1/5 — Felt very exploitative. Instant delete.

*2026-08-25, version 3.62.0*

Before I could even see the app, I was shown a subscription screen. I tapped the X because I wanted to explore the product before paying. Instead of taking me to the app, it presented another sales screen stating: “This offer only appears once. Grab 40% off before it’s gone.”

I found this use of artificial urgency very exploitative. It pressures users to make an immediate purchasing decision before they can evaluate what they are buying. This is particularly troubling in an ADHD-focused app, since ADHD can involve impulsivity and difficulty making decisions under pressure.

The very next screen prompted me to rate the app, although I still had not seen or used it. That screen also advertised “Over 30,000 five-star reviews.” Requesting ratings before users have experienced the product undermines their credibility and makes me question how meaningful those reviews are.

An app claiming to support people with ADHD should hold itself to a much higher ethical standard. I deleted it immediately.

### 1/5 — Free trial relies on you signing up for a year & remembering to cancel. Poor form for a reminder app

*2026-08-20, version 3.62.0*

Yes, I know I can cancel for free in 7 days. I just don’t like the ‘forced continuity’ corporate heuristic. Especially for a reminder/organiser app.

### 1/5 — Stop sharing info

*2026-08-19, version 3.62.0*

Your “sharing “ my info prevents me from synching my calander wish you didn’t

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good

*2026-09-09, version 3.63.0*

Good

### 5/5 — Pleasantly surprised

*2026-09-07, version 3.63.0*

I have ADHD and found this via an adhd content creator promoting it.

For all the journals, day planners, calendars, sticky notes, and apps that I have tried and utterly failed to keep up with; this one has aligned perfectly with my strange brain. I very much appreciate the breakdown tasks function and the initial suggestions for setting up a daily schedule that I wouldn’t have thought to put as items but have incredibly helped.

I also quite like the chat feature where I can talk out my day and the assistant will organize it. Very specifically, I like that it waits for me to press the send button to analyze my ramblings instead of assuming a pause for thought is the time to analyze what I was saying and only having half a sentence to work with. Siri drives my nuts with that.

At least for adhd, it is a fantastic app.

### 5/5 — Finally!

*2026-09-06, version 3.63.0*

I have been searching for years for a comprehensive app to handle my calendar, todo list, and daily disciplines. And Tiimo is the answer! And the AI assistant is the icing on the cake. My productivity and focus have dramatically increased. Love it!

### 5/5 — Timo

*2026-09-06, version 3.63.0*

I love this!! It really helped me stay on top of my schedule!!

### 5/5 — ADHD Expert

*2026-09-06, version 3.63.0*

As an “expert” neurodivergent , I’m always looking for something to help. This app fills the bill!

### 5/5 — I love it but just so you know

*2026-09-05, version 3.63.0*

I absolutely adore this app as someone with adhd however its starting to have less features if you don’t pay which is a little irritating at times especially when I try to use a feature and suddenly I have to pay to use it.
Over all I completely recommend this app and I think it’s able to cover all the things that I need to get things done.
Some suggestions:
A way to do tasks (example studying) so that you can time yourself and see how long you actually spent doing it
Also a clear ending to music while you’re doing a task, I have tasks that are directly after one another and sometimes I don’t realise that it’s ended and the next task has started.
Thank you for reading this I really appreciate it 💖

### 5/5 — Hey!

*2026-09-05, version 3.63.0*

Best app ever absolutely amazing 😂☺️☺️☺️☺️

### 5/5 — Perfect for me.

*2026-09-03, version 3.62.0*

This app is really helping me keep on top of all the things I need to do, I love that it syncs with iCal.
Really easy to use and satisfying to tick things off, definitely making me much more organised and calm.

### 5/5 — Great app for those with ADHD who love organisation (OCD)

*2026-09-03, version 3.63.0*

Love this app after late diagnosis with ADHD. It’s been an adjustment period, and I’m trying to do the management with little to no medication (through CBT suggested) and this is helping - so thanks to the developers

### 5/5 — I love

*2026-09-03, version 3.63.0*

I absolutely love this app. I use it frequently. There was one instance when I had to work on a project, and this app proved to be incredibly helpful. It helped me stay focused. I listened to the music I used as a focus timer, and I managed to complete the project successfully. If I were to suggest any improvements, it would be adding an app blocker. Sometimes, I get distracted on my phone because there’s no built-in blocking feature. I would really appreciate that addition. Apart from that, I highly recommend this app.
