Would not access my previous reward account as it did not recognize my email address. Call Spectro Cloud!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bad app *2026-08-15, version 6.4.4* It’s constantly prompting you to “login/sign up and get rewards”, but there’s always an error when logging in. So you can’t get rewards. It’s glitchy, and hard to use. Often taking me so long to find what I want that the “pickup time” I enter at the beginning of the process is wrong by the time I’m ready to check out. So you have to go out of payment, enter a new time, and then re-enter payment info.
